The elevator was not working, the TV in the room was not working, my allergy restrictions were not correctly followed through, some of the receptionists were really unfriendly. I liked the general infrastructure, but was quite disappointed by our stay

Good facility’s, Ok food, friendly staff.
Rooms to warm, no climate control.
No water pressure on the shower.

Rooms are outdated, creepy clown figurines in rooms need to be removed. There needs to be a fan within family rooms as well due to window being closed off. Staff need to be more approachable and friendly to all guest.
