Your comments regarding the parking situation, the logistics with luggage trolleys, and the limited access before receiving the room key are very important to us, and we will review how we can improve this experience for our guests. We will also address the issues regarding inconsistent information on opening hours as well as the unfortunate housekeeping incident.
