Dear Family Shenton, thank you for taking the time to complete our questionnaire in such detail. We are sorry to hear that the dinner at the Tic Tac Bar was not clearly explained or well-organized. We will discuss this internally to improve transparency and communication. We also take your feedback regarding the boats seriously and will look into ways to make the experience more exciting for children. Regarding the pools, we understand your desire for an intermediate pool where children can stand. Unfortunately, due to structural constraints, this is not currently possible.
