Liebe Familie Irimia, wir hoffen, Sie sind gut zuhause angekommen und blicken auf viele schöne Erinnerungen und gemeinsame Erlebnisse zurück. Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich erneut für einen Aufenthalt bei uns entschieden haben und sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Bewertung für unser Haus abzugeben. Es freut uns sehr zu lesen, dass Sie bereits zum zweiten Mal bei uns waren und sich immer wieder so wohlfühlen. It means a great deal to us that you have remained loyal to us for so many years and have spent a large part of your holidays with us. We would like to sincerely thank you for that. At the same time, we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the booking process this year. We fully understand your situation regarding arrival, especially when planning long in advance as a family. All the more, we are pleased that a solution could be found together on site. Nevertheless, we take your feedback very seriously, as long-standing guests in particular should of course be able to expect a higher degree of flexibility. We also greatly appreciate your feedback regarding our booking system and communication via chat. We fully understand your point that clarity and easy access to information are especially important for our guests. Your feedback helps us to further review and improve these processes from the guest’s perspective. We are very pleased that you were so satisfied with your room for your family of six, and that you particularly highlighted the ergonomic pillows and the storage space in a positive way. We are happy to take on board your comments regarding the children’s pillows as well as the idea of adding a coffee and tea station. Regarding the ski locker, we thank you for your clear feedback. We understand that the space is not sufficient for six people and that this can be impractical in everyday use. We are happy to take your suggestion into consideration and will review possible improvements. We are also familiar with your comment about the fitness room from previous years and continue to take it seriously. Due to structural constraints, a short-term solution is unfortunately not possible, but this is certainly something we will keep in mind for future developments. We were especially delighted by your great praise for our bar team, and particularly for Balasz. Such personal feedback is very special to us and our team, and we will gladly pass it on. It is also wonderful to hear that your children—now a bit older—were able to enjoy our offerings, especially the new kids’ sauna. Thank you very much for your openness, your loyalty, and your trust.
