Good room and nice personel
Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück! Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und hat vollkommen gereicht. Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen
The hotel was efficient and the staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and any queries were answered to our satisfaction completely. WE would go back to the hotel. A special mention for the Bar Staff and especially the man on duty the night we arrived. He went out of his way to assist and gave local information which was really helpful and made our weekend even better. We loved Cologne, The Christmas Markets and the StadtHotel xxxx
Everything was great! Except the pillows.. it was the worst pillows we ever had in our lives. Please check the pillows in room 417.
Staff was great! 2 super nice sweet girls. But unfortunately one of them was Borussia Dortmund fan :)..
Overall experience was great. Excellent location, good money for value. The staff was polite but a bit more friendliness would definitely add extra bonus points :) Might be just a cultural thing though, so this is not a criticism really
