I have stayed around 6 or 7 times at this hotel (3 times in this year) and the experience has always been very good.
However, in this last stay, it was different:
I arrived on Saturday at 2:40 p.m. and checked in, but the reception told me that I couldn't go to the room because the check-in time was at 3:00 p.m.
When I returned at 3:30 p.m., I picked up my suitcase and had to wait again to get the key having to do the check-in part again.
I understand that the checkin time is at 3:00 p.m. but I travel alone, the room was ready and it was raining, so I think that an hotel of this category and prestige should be more flexible in these situations.
