I went to the reception desk, offer my apologies and requested a key. The agent made a face expression like I was bothering him, created the key and handed it to me without saying a word. You really need to train them to foster customer service skills. I understand you are a budget Hotel but friendliness is not expensive…! Your reception agents also tend to hide in the office behind the desk. Im addition, my room had a musky smell. I solved it by opening the window.
