In essence two big 'fails'.
1. Your communication and marketing does not match the quality of your service and cleanness of your resort. Your website, brochure, etc looks all very modern, social, new, fresh, etc. Jordanbad is old, not hygienic at all (we saw sperm on the wall in a sauna and hair in the swimmingpool) and we have not seen anybody cleaning anything while we were in the therm and sauna-area.
2. There is a complete disconnect between the hotel-facility and the therm/sauna-facility. Not just physical (walking distance, gates, etc.), but also social. Your hotel-reception does not want to ask sauna-related questions and gave us the feeling that the therm/sauna is managed by a different company, different people and they don't want to take responsability for the quality of the therm/sauna. Also, your -in-room survey only refers to the hotel-services. Not to the therm/sauna. This is a good example of the disconnect we have experienced.
We are not happy and will not recommend Jordanbad to our family and friends.
