We stayed in hotel for the first time and it was our big surprise! Hotel was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Excellent thing to permit using spa two days for hotel guests. Great thanks to hotel! And other thanks for perfect breakfast! Bar in the evening and night was so good!

The opening hours of the fitness center in the morning are suboptimal and not in line with the breakfast hours. Normally people use the fitness center before breakfast but with the fitness center opening at 9 one cannot do both (i.e. fitness and breakfast).
The fitness center should open by the very latest at 7am.

The hotel stay was excellent. Enjoyed very nice food. The use of the Therme was beyond expectation and would make me come back

The rooms are lovely and roomy, clean, tidy and comfortable. The bathroom is cosy and the shower just hits the spot! I was a little disappointed that each morning was a struggle to get a table for breakfast and four d the practice of reserving tables for breakfast bizarre as they were left empty and guests who were there were left standing around. There appeared to be too few waiting staff for the number of tables and I think it might help if there was someone to guide people to tables as they come to the room rather than leaving them to determine if one of the uncleared tables is actually free or not.
However, this said the hotel is lovely and we had a lovely stay.
