Lovely welcome at reception. Rooms clean, decent shower, comfortable beds.
Breakfast, good variety of fresh food daily.
Room was pretty small but the rest was perfect and the staff were very nice, professional, helpful and friendly 👍
Room are very small, even if the space is well organized. Unfortunately the cleaning of the room is not excellent...I found dust on the layer near the bed and dirt on the bathroom shelves: considering the price per night, that's not nice. Breakfast excellent.

I have stayed at your hotel twice, and on both occasions some of my belongings went missing.
The first time, two phone chargers were stolen.
The second time, I was more careful. I intentionally left a €35 U-Bahn ticket on the table. When I returned from work, it was gone.
I also deliberately left another phone charger plugged into the power outlet. This time it was not taken, but someone had clearly handled it. It had been unplugged and then plugged back in the opposite way.
Please improve this situation and do not leave it unaddressed. Such incidents are unacceptable and seriously undermine guests' trust in your hotel.
