The main building where our rooms where located has a lot of identity, with its medieval looking outer walls and wooden staircase while the room itself was very spacious. The furniture was a bit outdated though, there is no airconditioning (which I get because that would deface such a historical building) and the lights are kind of weird.
Very helpful staff, lovely 1540 room and a great location in the old city of Nuernberg.
This time we book comfort room and got the room under roof in directions to the yard , this was and this room seems smaller, than we had the standard room in the past.
This time was the special case, that the yard - reconstruction was in the stage of covering with hot asphalt , which we could smell in the room (high outside ) . There was no information before about the running reconstruction ...
Een aanrader ... maar niet bij hoge temperaturen. Er zijn geen kamers met airconditioning. Voor de rest was alles (zeer) goed.
I have been travelling with my family ( 2 Adults and 2 Children) and we got assigned a very nice and comfortable family appartment. There is parkhause close to the hotel, where we got reduced tarif.
The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the city, you can just go out and start to explore by walking.
You do not need the car at all, there is also a metro station 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Absolutely recomended.
