The hotel room was uncomfortably hot due to not being air conditioned and there was no availability of a fan. Opening the windows was the only solution, but that allowed many flying insects into the room, especially the bathroom. The front desk was not always staffed, and there wasn’t bottled water or cold drinks readily available for purchase. I was pleased with the overall quality of the room, but the lack of air conditioning or a fan made my stay very uncomfortable.

Hello, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are pleased that you were satisfied with the quality of your room, but we regret the inconvenience caused by the heat and the lack of fans. I understand how frustrating it must have been for you to have to deal with the warm room and the insects when you opened the windows. Unfortunately, you booked a room without air conditioning on these hot days. Our hotel has air conditioning in our studio apartments in a higher category.
