the room was clean with a lot of space. The 3 course dinner and the breakfast was all the three days excellent. The owners of the hotel and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We visited several castles and the freilicht museum (open air museum with houses and old way of work).

Dear family Vollaard, thank you for your rating. We really have to apologize to you, as there have been a lot of mistakes during your stay. This is not normal for us and of course not our standard. We cannot explain to ourselves, why there where so many things wrong during your stay. As you can see in the other ratings, these things usually do not happen, so we are really sad, that they happened this time.
