No air-condition even though it was stated on trivago, and we wished a room as high as it gets, but only got 1st floor.
Some things here are really good, but a few things are terribly bad. Twice, we were woken up by maintenance work at 7 am. There was a dead mouse on the tennis court (on two consecutive days before we reminded the staff to remove it), the staff didn’t know how to handle my wife’s intolerance to gluten as there was no gluten-free menu available. The rooms weren’t cleaned particularly well. The basketball court was shut, swimming pool and sauna were shut (but we were offered free vouchers to the Ostsee Therme). The staff was generally friendly but needed more training. Breakfast was great and other sports facilities, as well as proximity to town, were good. Overall, a decent experience but only three stars due to the shortcomings in some areas.
