Apalling service from the early morning receptionist, who was completely rude. Roaches under the bed, bottles from previous room guest was still in room and dirt and grime in every corner. Good breakfast though.

Reservation för 2 premiumrum och 1 comfort rum gjordes 23 05 23, det senare fungerade utmärkt. Medan de två övriga rummen låg direkt ovan för bar med discomusik fram till kl 03.00. Rum 127 fick bytas till natt nr 2 mot en reducerad kostnad för natt nr 1 med 40%. För rum 227 uppstod samma problem natt nr 2, hög musik som pågick till ca 03.00, även i detta fall utgick en reducerad kostnad för rummet en av nätterna. Det är en mycket märklig hantering av en reservation som gjorts i mycket god tid att erbjuda de absolut sämsta rummen. Syftet med att boka hotell, är just att kunna sova, när detta inte blir fallet pga hög ljudvolym är det mycket olyckligt.

Great variety of activities offered for everyone. Great breakfast. Nice and always available staff. Room for improvement: minor things such as a missing opportunity to dry swimwear and towels on the balcony.

Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. when we arrived there was only one doublebed. Sleeping couch for the children was fixed after some waiting time. Towels for only two persons, but that was also fixed later. I was a little puzzled about this inconvenience, You knew we were arriving 4 persons. First morning we hit the showers in the bathroom, but there was no soap and shampoo in the containers at the bathroom. Breakfast is anarchy. I will suggest that You invent a system where guests are guided to a free table. Guest cards are whiped for no good reason. And I know very well that I should keep the cards away from iPhones and other electrinic devices, and I did. Twice a day during my stay, I had to contact the reception for an update of cards.

Renovation work started and areas that are complete look great. Still ongoing work so feel if a building site is still there. Great breakfast buffet
