I could see the cure in every detail, everything super clean and nice! well done

Very nice facilities and service however English is not very much accessible and not easy for foreigners to enjoy. Also after booking thru Hotels.com and I have added my child thru phone call after as the plans have changed. During the phone conversation the cost was not clear to me even I have asked for it and replied as it is ok. When checking in also no cost information was given. During checkout I have paid an amount for my child ( 400 Euros )which is doubling the nightly cost was really surprising. The reason given by the front desk was my room was upgraded which I was neither informed nor accepted before. With no choice trying to catch my flight I had have paid the amount but not happy about all above process.

Great relaxing weekend. Highly recommend. Staff was excellent.
