Clean and the staff where fantastic
We appreciated the breakfast that was offered. Also the rooms were spacious and clean; however, the rooms do get rather hot (we were there in August and had to sleep with the balcony door open). Be aware that this hotel
also serves as a retirement home, which we were not informed of prior to booking. There’s also no receptionist working during the evening or early morning hours to support with any needs that you may have.
I found the hotel spacious and relaxing with friendly staff. The food service was very good.
The hotel is neat and clean, but the service is not at all good. I wen up to Chef who is the main breakfast area for some addition things, unfortunately he couldn't even understand simple English and was not ready to help.
I strongly suggest to have more guest friendly staff and more options on BF for international travellers.
No receptionist after 10, so many old people at entry, busy and no information shared at reception, no bathtub, cleaning staff is absolutely irritating.
