All clean, and great stay. Only downside was one girl in reception (young girl) waa the most unfriendliest hotel receptionist I have ever come across. The other ones were super helpful.
The architecture and interior design of the hotel are fabulous. We were given a warm welcome and throughout our stay all the staff were very helpful and couldn't have been more accommodating. The breakfasts and light 2 course dinner that we chose were perfect for us. We will return at some stage!
We liked your idea of hotel guests mingling with the adult residents in the facility (combining hospitality with adult care). This seems to be working very well and the world would do well to adopt this model in other places.
The hotel was nice but the only thing was that it could have done with a kettle in the room
Very pleasant stay, friendly and responsive staff. Beautiful restaurant and helpers.
