All clean, and great stay. Only downside was one girl in reception (young girl) waa the most unfriendliest hotel receptionist I have ever come across. The other ones were super helpful.
The hotel was really clean. The scrambled eggs served for breakfast were really good. The terrace view was great, we went grocery shopping at Coup Mart and ate at the terrace, and the atmosphere was really good at that time. We stayed for two nights and the room was cleaned well. It was so nice to be able to float and drink water on the first floor. Both the Interlaken East and the Interlaken West were great places to go, and if we stay at the Interlaken West Station next time, I think we will visit here again
The architecture and interior design of the hotel are fabulous. We were given a warm welcome and throughout our stay all the staff were very helpful and couldn't have been more accommodating. The breakfasts and light 2 course dinner that we chose were perfect for us. We will return at some stage!
We liked your idea of hotel guests mingling with the adult residents in the facility (combining hospitality with adult care). This seems to be working very well and the world would do well to adopt this model in other places.
The hotel was nice but the only thing was that it could have done with a kettle in the room
