Great staff, very helpful, always welcoming and smiling, spacious room.
Rooms need coffee machines and/or water kettle, refrigerator.
I like the idea of the hotel, but not speaking German, I couldn't really interact with anyone or understand the activity board. It was nice that the bus stop was right outside the front door. Overall though, it felt like we were staying in a residential home and not a hotel, and it felt impersonal. Also, very overpriced for what we actually got.
Some improvements are needed on the breakfast option and AC should be available in the rooms.

Really nice please to stay in! Maybe I would suggest to improve the smell of the bathroom, I do not like it at all, but it is the only thing I do not like it. Staff is really profesional, is a very quiet place with a lot of green areas. The Spa is superb and you can really relax there or in the room after your trip!
