Hotel is at a convenient location just 10 minutes from the main train station Interlaken Ost. Our hotel room has a beautiful view of Interlaken and its surrounding mountains. I really like the spacious set up with clean and modern facilities. I specifically appreciate the quality and varieties of the breakfast choices available. Hotel room is clean and simply decorated. The complimentary spa service is a plus even though time did not allow me to enjoy the service. The hotel staff are all very hard working, friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.
The room was bigger than expected, the room is clean and bright. Quite close to the stations and the city centre. Peaceful environment.

Lovely and clean hotel. Very impressed with how elderly and disabled people live as one with the hotel. Everyone very welcoming. Only downside was having the bathroom with lots of aids and wet room when we would have preferred a more modern bathroom. However did not ruin our stay. Had a lovely balcony over looking the mountains. Very eco friendly hotel.
