We were a mixed group of 2 grandparents , 2 young children, our disabled son and his wife. The hotel catered to all our needs and we had a lovely holiday. All staff very friendly and helpful, very nice breakfast, and the children loved the garden and small playground. Spacious bedroom and comfortable beds, spacious balcony with nice views. Able to walk into Interlaken or frequent bus stop outside hotel which was a bonus. Overall we would recommend a stay there and we hope to return again.
Great Service with amazing customer service
Too many aged personnel in the property… very sad to see them while I’m on holiday.
Clean ands simply appointed rooms, great service, good breakfast selection, helpful staff
Hotel Location is near to the centre & in a quiet area at the same time & very close to Interlaken Ost train station. The room is very comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. The stuff is friendly & helpful. The free spa for every day is something unique & fantastic. The only negative has to do with the breakfast. Small variety & same for every day & for 7 days we didn't have even eggs for some reason. I Would suggest some cakes for addition & different every day for a nice small surprise for the quests. Also it was a confusion were to sit since some tables were reserved without notice & that was not very nice.
Generally is a very nice hotel at a very nice location.
