It’s not value for money , one needs to go to reception for greeting bathroom amenities, no service at Room, no room sleepers - customer has to pay for sleepers . Breakfast options are very less and that too not worth . We booked dinner , but it’s not worth against what is being charged
Staff was fantastic. So kind and accommodating to our needs!
I was quite disappointed with my stay at Hotel Artos Interlaken.
One thing that potential guests should know is that the hotel appears to cater heavily to senior groups and assisted-living guests. During my stay, the reception area and restaurant were constantly filled with elderly guests, many of whom required assistance from caregivers or companions. This created a very different atmosphere from what I expected when booking a regular hotel stay.
Breakfast was included in my reservation, but I did not use it even once because the dining area was consistently extremely crowded with these groups, making the experience uncomfortable for me. As a result, I ended up paying for a service that I couldn't enjoy.
I believe the hotel should make it clearer in its description that it primarily serves or frequently hosts large groups of senior guests, so travelers can make a more informed decision before booking.
This review is not meant as criticism of the guests themselves, but rather to help future visitors understand the type of environment they can expect at this hotel.
I think everything is good, but it would be really great to have a fridge in the room!
Rooms were large, spacious and the view from the balcony was excellent. Breakfast was good and there was bus every 15 mins Interlaken Ost.
