There was no mention of your complex being a nursing home /hotel in advertising. It mentioned a retirement village on property but not nursing home. As soon as you left your room it felt like you were in a nursing home from reception to restaurant to passageways. The advertising should be fair so clientele can make a fair decision. We wanted to move as found situation very upsetting after just losing a parent in nursing home. Would never have booked here if we had known. Was refused a refund and couldn’t afford to move.
I would recommend if the price was significantly lower
Beautiful views of the mountain areas, quiet location that is easily accessible to surrounding trainlines. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.
Extremely lovely and helpful staff, great location, nice and clean rooms.
Clean and comfortable room. Polite employes, good service. Excellent location, close to railwaystation.
