The hotel and staff were amazing. The room was amazing. We booked two beds pushed together—sometimes the mattresses slid apart, but we didn’t really mind. Buffet is great but they don’t change menus which is fine. They offer fresh bread, assortment of cheeses, fruits, and cold cuts. Free coffee and tea are not available in the room but is accessible (you just have to go to their bar area near the reception for hot water, instant coffees, and teas). Expect a lot of senior residents in the buffet area since the hotel is connected to a senior living facility but it was never an issue with us since they are extremely hospitable and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, there is a bus stop just outside the vicinity and only about 10-15 walk going to the main train station. I can totally recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit Switzerland
