Excellent location, close to public transportation and town center but in a quiet neighborhood.
This cannot be called as a hotel without any basic amenities such as hot water kettle. We had to go down to the pantry each tome to have a coffee!!
Reception is not so good. They just give the room key and ask to find the room on our own.
Even though the pamphlet in the room says that breakfast will be served at 7am during summer they refused to let us in at 7:15am. Since we had to catch a train we ended up leaving without breakfast.
The breakfast is no where near a proper meal. Very few options.
On the whole, the place not worth the amount we paid.

We experienced the hotel to be very inclusive, efficient and warm & caring in its relationship with guests. We were helped to be part of the larger Artos community.
Perfect location, big and clean rooms. Breakfast was not bad but it needs som upgrade and bigger variation. The elder people living there were too curious and looking constantly at us because it also was an elder peoples house for us it did take away the vacation vibes. We only saw the guests at breakfast. The lobby area was also filled with older people the whole day.
