Positives: Location excellent; room is spacious and clean; terrace view excellent; braekfast is having all normal ingrideints; the idea of common kitchen per floor is excellent; staff are friendly and helpful; car parking price is excellent; the idea for using room key card to access facilities at night is excellent.
Negatives: 4th floor kitchen does not have microwave oven as it is the case for "U" floor; coffee machine payment is not accessible (suggest to make it part of the room key card features, or to provide guests with digital payment enabler upon check-in); rooms do not have air conditioning for hot noon time in summer in July and August (suggest to install permanant fans, or equip the room all the time with powerful mobile fans during August and July); pillows are too squishy and not supporting comfortable sleep posture (suggest to double the quantity by default or change its design specifications); since the property is advertised in booking.com as "touristic accomodation" while it is actually part of elderly nursery, which means work regime is different from For-profit organisations, it is suggested to emphasize the operating hours of staff upon check-in so tourists do not think it is like normal hotel where you can find human assistance 24/7.
Great option for our family needs. The triple room was very spacious with two separate bedrooms. Breakfast was satisfactory from a selection perspective and staff was outstanding! Front reception staff were also very helpful. Storage lockers are available which we used and made our trip very successful. Thanks to the staff for a great experience!
It was a real treat to spend a night at this hotel. It was very convenient for us, since we went to see the Tell play.
