Some people at the service desk were very friendly some weere not. The person who checked us in, gave us no information at all. There was a room where we could have gotten our coffee - he did not tell us that. We were not told there was another room where we could’ve done our washing and drying we were not told. When you walk in I thought this was an older aged home or a home for handicapped people. I love old people and I worked with handicap people, but I don’t want to come on vacation to a place like that.
The rooms were clean and modern, but they were very clinical.
Great time - as always. This is our 23rd or 24th time staying at Artos - and it only gets better!
Good stay with the bare necessities. Communal kitchen area within a reitrement village/wellness centre. 10min walk between the train station and interlaken west. The staff were really lovely and helpful.
