The hotel is neat and clean, but the service is not at all good. I wen up to Chef who is the main breakfast area for some addition things, unfortunately he couldn't even understand simple English and was not ready to help.
I strongly suggest to have more guest friendly staff and more options on BF for international travellers.
No receptionist after 10, so many old people at entry, busy and no information shared at reception, no bathtub, cleaning staff is absolutely irritating.
Basic information about the hotel and the concept of shared accommodation with a rehabilitation centre and a retirement home is not available when booking accommodation.

I highly recommend Artos Hotel to other guests, because it's very comfortable, the rooms spacious and very clean, and the cuisine is excellent
