Found it extremely weird it’s in a retirement village. Someone came into my room at 8.30am. Internet didn’t work. Although very clean.

We had a very pleasant stay, hotel was conveniently located close to both interlaken ost and west. We were happy with the amenities, room was very clean and spacious, staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our daily breakfast included with our stay. Overall we had a nice experience.
Have enjoyed our stay at Artos many times over more than 15 years. Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable accommodation; superb meals in the restaurant. Great location. Just brilliant!
