We reached hotel at 12pm but they said they will give the room by 4pm and morning have to vacant the room by 10am. This is absolutely not wise.

very good atmosphere, Calm and beautiful view from the balcony. Front of the hotel bus stop, walkable distance to Interlaken OST, froendly and helpful stop.
Some people at the service desk were very friendly some weere not. The person who checked us in, gave us no information at all. There was a room where we could have gotten our coffee - he did not tell us that. We were not told there was another room where we could’ve done our washing and drying we were not told. When you walk in I thought this was an older aged home or a home for handicapped people. I love old people and I worked with handicap people, but I don’t want to come on vacation to a place like that.
The rooms were clean and modern, but they were very clinical.
