The room, the bed, the bathroom, the staff and the breakfast. Everything excellent.
The hotel was immaculate! Stylish/modern decor, spacious rooms, beautiful Mountain Views from our balcony, and perfectly situated in a quiet/peaceful side of Interlaken, with near Interlaken Ost train station, and Interlaken town still easily within walking distance. Breakfast was always fresh and healthy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you
A nice close walk to Main Street in town
The hotel was in an good location, with a 10 minute walk to the train station. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was nice. I found the bed very uncomfortable and hard and the pillows were not very good. I had to request an extra duvet to sleep on. Check in is at 4pm which is incredibly late, particularly as check out is 10am. The staff were friendly enough and the spa facilities looked great although didn't use them.
