Location of the hotel was good. Bus station in front of the hotel was great. However, the format of the room is not ideal. It gives the impression that the room is not built to accommodate typical hotel/aparthotel guests. There was no coffee machine, water kettle was not provided and very inconveniently have to get it from the library room to get hot water.

Hotel staff seems to prioritize the elderly over the hotel guests. If there is more information included in booking app that it is shared service it would be helpful.
