A very pleasant hotel with a good location. The staff is very kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
We really enjoyed our stay, hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, breakfast really nice, the only problem we had was the spa being closed, although it’s advertised now, when we booked it wasn’t and we weren’t advised in advance or arriving.
I loved the fact that it was a ‘community’ hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Petra, in the restaurant was wonderful and my wife enjoyed her birthday surprise at breakfast.
I think the room was 108; it must have been next to one that was under construction. The first morning, at 7:30 AM, they started using a drill. After complaining at reception, they apologized. I asked them to change my room if the same thing was going to happen the next day. They told me it wouldn't, but the following morning at 8:00 AM, they started hammering away.
Very clean hotel and rooms, excellent facilities and friendly and helpful staff.
