I loved the fact that it was a ‘community’ hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Petra, in the restaurant was wonderful and my wife enjoyed her birthday surprise at breakfast.
I think the room was 108; it must have been next to one that was under construction. The first morning, at 7:30 AM, they started using a drill. After complaining at reception, they apologized. I asked them to change my room if the same thing was going to happen the next day. They told me it wouldn't, but the following morning at 8:00 AM, they started hammering away.
Very clean hotel and rooms, excellent facilities and friendly and helpful staff.
I found the hotel comfortable and quiet. The food at breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing about our entire experience was that there is mildew in the shower stall, which was surprising given the level of cleanliness everywhere else.
Beds were very uncomfortable, I have got severe back pain and almost had sleepless night every day. Definitely need change of beds. Plus points Breakfast was very nice and staff were helpful.
