I found the hotel comfortable and quiet. The food at breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing about our entire experience was that there is mildew in the shower stall, which was surprising given the level of cleanliness everywhere else.

Beds were very uncomfortable, I have got severe back pain and almost had sleepless night every day. Definitely need change of beds. Plus points Breakfast was very nice and staff were helpful.

Great location in peaceful neighbourhood and not far from Interlaken Ost train station or town centre. Staff were friendly and the hotel clean with good facilities. There was some disturbance into the late evening with loud TV in nearby room and some elderly sounding loud crying out. I found the breakfast ample but basic.
