Room overlooking the firestation parking, which I don’t think was specified when I first booked the room. If I had known I believe I would have reconsidered. No WiFi in the room for our entire stay of two nights, with only a compensation of a 6 euros drink each person which is frankly disappointing and not quite the customer service that is expected from a four star hotel. A complimentary breakfast would have been more appropriate or at least a minimum of a 10 euros drink each. This complimentary drink of 6 euros felt very petty. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the hotel itself is very nice and clean what would be expected for that price bracket
Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, der Blick auf den Bodden ist toll. Und an das Hotel schließt sich direkt ein gutes Burger Restaurant an.
absolute TOP Lage sehr sauberes Haus und alles was man benötigt und sogar noch mehr direkt vor Ort
Alles prima, Aussenrolläden zur Feuerwehrseite wären hilfreich, bei Voller Sonneneinstrahlung nachmittags Zimmer sehr warm.
Hallo guten Tag, es war wieder einmal ein schönes Wochenende in der Hafenresidenz Stralsund. Ich bin seit 2015 jedes Jahr dort und fühle mich sehr wohl und werde zuvorkommend empfangen und behandelt. Alle Mitarbeiter und auch eingeschlossen das Servicepersonal sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit werde ich wieder dort einchecken, weil ich mich wie zu Hause fühle. Dankeschön
