The stay at the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. I would however like to point out that the communication from the hotel staff concerning the fire alarm that rang twice in the night Tuesday 28th to Wednesday 29th November (about 01:45 - 02:15). I experienced no explanation of any kind from the hotel to the guests, no apology for the disturbed nights' sleep or any form of complimentary gift or similar. Considering the hotel proudly claims to be a four star establishment, I find the complete lack of courtesy and customer consideration to not match the 4 star rating.
