it's location is convenient, near the tram stations and Spar and restaurants. Room we stayed in had free tea/coffee and all the amenities. We were allowed early check in which really made our day with 3 pieces of heavy luggage. Front desk Siannia gave me several packets of tea which I fancied. Will stay again if given the chance to visit Graz again.

Hotel and rooms are new and very clean. It was warm inside (at the end of February), so you don’t have to wear warm pajamas. Bed was comfortable. I slept pretty well because no sound’s around (my window was from inner yard). Breakfast is perfect. There were salmon, blue cheese, Brie and Camembert cheese, yogurt, eggs, fresh and crispy Crossan. Just in our room wi-fi didn’t work properly (207 room, the last room in the corridor). Stuff was cute and helpful

Very pleasant atmosphere, very good services incl. breakfast (qite tough capacity in the exposed hours)...Excellent position close to the Messe and Congress Centre and Tram...

Ganz wichtig: selbst wenn man über die hoteleigene Webseite bucht, wird nicht der volle Preis ausgewiesen, der dann zu bezahlen ist! Bei uns ist es bspw. zu einer Differenz iHv 6€ gekommen - auch wenn es nicht viel zu sein scheint, ist es einfach extrem intransparent und unangenehm! Zudem wäre ein umfangreicheres Kaffee- und Teeangebot im Zimmer wünschenswert Viel Staub im Zimmer - vielleicht lässt sich das aber durch die Nähe der großen Straße nicht vermeiden
