It was great. Except the bathroom was dirty. I didn’t notice until this morning but I had used towels hanging up and there were hairs in the tub

We weee particularly impressed with your reception staff who was very helpful and resolved an issue that occurred. The lady receptionist found out that the triple room we booked was for my wife and myself and our daughter but due to a system error the age of our daughter was indicated as infant. The hotel prepared a cot in our room but our daughter is 15 years old. The lady receptionist at the time of our check in 18.30 on 15/07 offered a separate room for our daughter what resolved the issue. We wanted to pass our thanks and appreciate the receptionist attitude which turned our stay into a very pleasant one. Kind regards

This was our 4th visit at this hotel! We love the service, the friendly receptionist, the wonderful breakfast and the fine beds in the comfort rooms! Just great!
