I was very satisfied with the hotel staff. They are kind, helpful and at a very professional level. They always went out of their way for me. Thank you very much. I can also rate the breakfasts, which were among the best I've had in hotels. Very pleasant environment, plenty of everything, a large selection. Thanks again to all the hotel staff.

Restaurant is good including the menu and also breakfast choices. The room and ambiance is very nice. The only problem is with room 101. The room is adjacent to the lobby and under where the stairs are used by cleaning. The walls are super thin and it is extremely noisy. On Tuesday, 10-Oct, there was no one on the desk at 1:45AM and several male guests were extremely loud and drunk. Somehow this should not happen as when I asked them to please quiet down due the echo in the lobby I felt threatened physically.

This hotel offers a very friendly, caring and homely atmosphere. Help was always available and the hotel is built around an inner garden and surrounded by old and healthy trees which creates a really nice enviroment although it is in an industrial area. The food was very good and plenty of choices and flexibility for special needs.

The Hotel was really good. Clean and a very good breakfast. One annoying topic is the online check in. The company address (filled out during Online check in) was not available at the check in in person. Really annoying is, that my credit card is still blocked with the room rate + 50 €. Even if I have paid the room rate when arriving.
