Nice staff, hotel is ideally located in the city center near the Alster with lots of restaurants nearby
I had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was great. I loved the small attentive details like different teas, a bottle of sparkling water. The sewing kit in the room was handmade with all attributes on a small cute pillow. Breakfast had a loose leaf tea bar. The selection of breads was super.
The hotel is comfortable with an individual and welcoming ambiance; it has a family-run feel, quite unlike a chain hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly, personable and helpful staff, particularly Reception and breakfast staff members, all of whom who speak very good English. The beds are comfortable, the room spotless and the food delicious, both in the Restaurant and the Weinkeller, but particularly the excellent buffet breakfast.
the limited pillows and towels in bathroom are restrictive. The lights from the corridor perpendicular made the room bright in the night.
Covnenient to go to some places like train station, city hall, shopping center etc, room is clean and breakfirst is good
