Das Zimmer war klein, sauber, mit wenig attraktiver Aussicht zum Hof, dafür aber auch wirklich ruhig. Der Föhn im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, im Flur liefen zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthalts Renovierungsarbeiten, was die Gemütlichkeit nicht unbedingt gesteigert hat

I stayed here a few years ago and thought the hotel had a nice atmosphere and friendly staff, so when visiting Hamburg again I decided to book the same hotel and am equally pleased. The rooms are nice, not all exactly the same like in hotel chains. The hotel location is convenient for city center and transport to the airport.
sehr gute, zentrale Lage (fußläufig zu Kunsthalle und Oper), gepflegtes Zimmer (zur Straße allerdings Autolärm), sehr üppiges Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal
Zügiger Check-in, das Zimmer klein aber vollständig und modern. Alles sauber. Gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffett obwohl wir zur Hauptzeit dort waren
