The facility was very clean, with excellent customer service at the front desk.
The only thing I do not like is the refund policy. If we have to pay for 5 weeks up front, we should be able to get a refund with notice. I'm quite disappointed that with the high cost and advance payment, a refund of 1 week (with notice!) was still not provided.

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to rate us. Unfortunately, it always depends on the booking and cancellation conditions, if we can make a refund or not. Booking for a cheaper price most of the times also comes with worse cancellation conditions. If you want us to look again at your case, you can of course contact us again!
