I recently stayed at Timehouse in Munich and had an amazing experience! The rooms were spacious and clean, staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect.

Even after many complaints to the front desk, the climate controls would switch off ever night at 0400, causing us to wake up and turn them back on. We were told this could not be fixed and affected every room in the hotel. This is unacceptable especially as the weather gets warmer and it is ridiculous that we paid a premium for this hotel. We were not told this before arriving, and the front desk prevaricated about it for five days, meaning we were unable to change accommodation.
