Schönes Appartement, gute Ausstattung. Gefehlt hat in der Küche ein Handtuch. Frotteetücher für 4 Nächte etwas sparsam. Die Anmeldung war mit insgesamt 4 E-Mails zu aufwendig. Auf meine Fragen nach der Lage des Hotels wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Vor Ort waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Rooms could be more cleaner particularly the floors, wash basin mixer was stuck to the cold side, basic iron that was not functioning well, although we are a regular customers who spent months there, they refused to extend the check out for 1 hour and charged us 30 € for extra hour.. .staff were nice.

Dear Guest, we are sorry to hear that you haven't been completely happy with your stay! Our check-out tim is until 12pm. We can only make free exceptions if the apartment is available. However, in your case the apartment was already booked for the same day. Therefore our cleaners had less time to clean it, as check-in starts at 3 pm. Because that means more work for the cleaning company, we have to charge extra in that case and cannot make any exceptions! Unfortunately, we haven't been informed about the basin mixer durig your stay, otherwise we would have immediately sent the technican there. As we get our bedding and towels cleaned from an external company the only explanation to your rash could be that you are allergic to the detergent they are using, as we do not have had any problems regarding that with other guests. It is very hard to find out where the problem laid in the aftermath, please next time you have troubles firectly come to me our my front desk team. We are always happy to assist! The price is very, very, very expensive.

Dear guest, unfortunately, you were here during a time period, where we had higher prices due to events and fares. We do allow dogs in all our apartments, therefore we cannot realy understand your comment regarding that. However, we would also like to understand what happened with our hotel manager. The facility was very clean, with excellent customer service at the front desk. The only thing I do not like is the refund policy. If we have to pay for 5 weeks up front, we should be able to get a refund with notice. I'm quite disappointed that with the high cost and advance payment, a refund of 1 week (with notice!) was still not provided.

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to rate us. Unfortunately, it always depends on the booking and cancellation conditions, if we can make a refund or not. Booking for a cheaper price most of the times also comes with worse cancellation conditions. If you want us to look again at your case, you can of course contact us again!
