Great ambiance for relaxing. Excellent saunas and spa area. excellent Al Forno restaurant, relaxing grounds.
Was disappointed with being charged 18 Euro to use the spa area for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I arrived to check in a little early and the charge was made to use the spa area from 13:15 to 15:00 when I could check in. I had already stayed in the hotel for two weeks and was staying one week more. This left a bad taste in my mouth

We are always very happy in your hotel, although it is not cheap. We were happy that you (or rather the friendly receptionist in-service on Tuesday afternoon) found us a room. However, we believe you should not rent the room 311 at all, it was not a very pleasant experience, and this time, for the fist time, we were not satisfied with our stay there.
