The room was extremly clean, it had all the utilities you need, the bathroom had all types of toiletries. The only downside was that, the double bed was 2 single divan beds next to eachother and it felt like they were on wheels, as soon as you moved more towards the middle the beds would separate and leave a huge abyss in between the two beds. Other then that, they were extremly comfortable and the pillows were nice. 10/10

Hello, I would like to report an incident regarding a staff member at your hotel who deeply upset and angered me during my stay. On the morning of December 16, 2024, I spoke with your blonde, pierced staff member working the morning shift. I explained that the mattress protector on the bed was causing me to sweat excessively and asked if it could be removed. Instead of addressing my concern politely, she responded very rudely and firmly said, “We have to use this.” Her tone was abrupt and unfriendly, which made me feel uncomfortable.
Later, I requested a cotton pillow because I was struggling to sleep. Our entire conversation was in English, but it seemed she did not fully understand me. To make things clearer, I wrote my request in German and showed it to her. However, she responded with the same hostile attitude, raising her voice unnecessarily, saying, “There are no other types of pillows.” Her unprofessional behavior was completely unacceptable.
After returning to my room and calming down, I decided to come back down and ask for her name so I could report her behavior. When I asked, she completely ignored me and refused to look at me. I repeatedly asked for her name, explaining that I intended to write a review on Booking.com. She then shouted at me, “Write the review without my name,” in a disrespectful and confrontational manner.
We left the hotel on December 18, 2024. Later that day, around 4:00 PM, we returned to collect our luggage. While I was waiting in the car for my husband to retrieve our bags, the same staff member looked at me, said something under her breath, and then slammed the door very forcefully. Her aggressive actions made me feel very upset again.
Additionally, during our stay, my friend asked for room slippers, but the same staff member rudely explained that the hotel does not provide slippers. Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily harsh once again. It was clear that she lacked the basic professionalism and courtesy required for customer service.
To make matters worse, I also discovered that the area under the bed in my room was very dirty when I dropped something and had to retrieve it. It was clear that the rooms are not being cleaned thoroughly. Moreover, the size of the room did not match the 22 square meters advertised on Booking.com. The room was much smaller than expected, which was disappointing.
While most of your staff members were polite, helpful, and accommodating, this particular employee ruined our experience. Her rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior left a lasting negative impression.
Our stay at your hotel was a terrible experience. I will not be leaving a positive review, and I will share this situation with others to ensure they are aware of the poor service we received. I strongly recommend taking action to address these issues, especially regarding the attitude and behavior of your morning-shift staff member with blonde hair and piercings.
