Das Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen, schön ausgestattete,ruhige, saubere Zimmer.
Leider stimmte die Beschreibung im Internet nicht ganz überein.
Frühstück, Dachterasse und Wintergarten gibt es leider wie in der Beschreibung angegeben nicht.
Zimmer ordentlich, macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Leider war bei unserem Zimmer die kühlleistung der Klimaanlage nicht sonderlich hoch. Das kann natürlich auch an der Lage im Dachgeschoss gelegen haben, jedoch wird man es nachvollziehen können das man bei 25° nicht wirklich zu erholsamen schlaf kommt.
Hat alles gepasst, waren nur 1 Nacht.
Rooms are great only for the first day. We had put the cleaning sign on the second day but the room wasn't cleaned as the cleaning staff simply overlooked the request it seems. Thereafter, on the third day it was cleaned but the tea/coffee packets, towels, dental kit was not replaced. We had to go to the reception everytime for these petty things which should ideally be provided via the room service. There isn't any room service at all. The guys at reception have so much attitude like for example when we asked for dental kit, we were simply denied stating that it's out of stock and we can't really do anything about it. For 2 days, we were provided with 2 bottles free of cost but on the third day, we were told that the bottles are chargeable, why was it provided it then a day before?
