Its ok. The shower door was broken and the room was very hot. But it matched expectations, so no problems there.
Very odd that there is no desk person to talk to even at 5:00 pm. We had to self check in by calling a number and getting a key in an envelope on the door. We called and there was no envelope. Called several times to ask about what we are to do. Finally they said someone was on the way. We waited an hour along with another couple so it wasn’t a one off time. All the staff could do was apologize. I asked for some type of compensation for this complete inconvenience as we had to cancel our evening plans. I was just interrupted with “we are so sorry” but no action taken other than finally getting a key after an hour. Very horrible check in process. Staff was nice but there was no compensation for wasting our time and making us cancel plans while waiting in the hallway with all of our bags. Will never stay again and I will be writing a review so others are aware.
The elevator isn’t working,there’s no towels in the room so when have taken a shower you don’t get dry if don’t have with you any towels, there’s no air conditioning and if you open window is SO MUCH noise from the street that’s just can forget to sleep. And it’s hard to find parking places
Not so good. When basic things missing in the room and elevator isn’t working things aren’t very positive
The elevator wasn’t working and after 13hour driving with our luggage it’s not ok to be placed in 6th floor.
