Rooms are great only for the first day. We had put the cleaning sign on the second day but the room wasn't cleaned as the cleaning staff simply overlooked the request it seems. Thereafter, on the third day it was cleaned but the tea/coffee packets, towels, dental kit was not replaced. We had to go to the reception everytime for these petty things which should ideally be provided via the room service. There isn't any room service at all. The guys at reception have so much attitude like for example when we asked for dental kit, we were simply denied stating that it's out of stock and we can't really do anything about it. For 2 days, we were provided with 2 bottles free of cost but on the third day, we were told that the bottles are chargeable, why was it provided it then a day before?
The room is spacious and clean. We have a nice experience.
I love your recent renovation. I was pleasantly surprised by the mini-fridge in the room. It was great for drinks and snacks and not in the original room description. Great location on/near bus lines and close to the train station.
Super süsses Zimmer. Super Personal. Leider extreme Schwächen in der Führung. Dass es für die Balkone keine Sitzgelegenheit gibt und man am Boden liegen muss, vergällt die Freude am wunderschönen Balkon.
Dass die Geschäftsleitung alle Angestellten tagelang dazu anhält, die Kaffemaschine zum 20. Mal zu zerlegen, anstatt eine neue zu besorgen, hinterlässt einen sehr ärmlichen Eindruck.
Das Zimmer selbst hat uns sehr gefallen, und das Personal hat trotz der schlechten Führung den Humor nie verloren.
The room was very nicely renovated but there was still work going on around the building. The rooms were made daily but the coffee and tea were not refreshed in the room. The coffee machine downstairs also did not dispense any milk.
