Air con not working, room not serviced daily, one small, old elevator, unhelpful receptionist
Nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage; unmotivierte Mitarbeiter, die in der Lobby auf Sesseln rumhängen und vor Gästen lautstark verkünden, wie langweilig ihnen ist; einige uninteressierte Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ohne Interesse an Service; Zimmer im Dachgeschoss sind zu warm und zu hellhörig; Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht vernünftig
The room was great and the staff very helpful. Being able to park at the back was a bonus. We understood that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment beforehand… one suggestion, if not already planned, would be to change the hotel front door so that it closes without slamming loudly (you can hear it throughout the early hours of the morning). Also, the curtains are not quite wise enough to block out all early morning daylight.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Zimmer etwas dunkel, aber sehr sauber und modern mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Ich würde wieder kommen.
