Decoration in the body of the Hotel tired. Reception / breakfast area more like it should look throughout I feel. I know there is a refurbishment being planned ?

Very clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Car parking on site.

We checked out after one night. The heating in the room was not working. The room was cold. Further more the room was extremely noise. This was due to poor glassing and the fact that outside was a busy road and below our room was a busy cafe with people drinking and talking loudly outside. We mentioned this at the frontdesk and we expect to at least be refunded on the second night we did not stay, but actually I would to be compensated expect more. The trip was a birthday present to my wife and it was deeply disappointing.

I gave 4 stars because I put on my door " please don't disturb ", anyway the housekeeping knock at the door asking for cleaning
