Ein Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt.

We did not have a pleasant experience during our stay at your hotel. At 1:05 am, someone was at our hotel room door trying to get in. The person left after being unsuccessful. However, five minutes later, the individual returned, and to my shock, he entered the room. I was extremely startled by the man who suddenly appeared in our room in the middle of the night, and as a result, I was unable to sleep for the rest of the night. We decided to have breakfast at 6:30 am and left immediately afterwards. It turned out to be a mistake made by the reception.

we have rooms not cleaned even though I have put a sign that it should be cleaned, will not come again
Sehr freundliches Personal, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt (auch toll die digitalen Funktionen zum Check-In etc.), Parken in der Tiefgarage auch noch nach dem Check-Out möglich
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und ein annehmliches Zimmer. Sauber und alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird.
