Top location 10 min Walk distance from railway station, 1 min from information center , just in the heart of old town and opposite of KD ship station. Hotel is old style. No air con but with ventilation. One room has old toilet difficult to flush the other room with geberit is good. For us is acceptable because it is inside old town can’t be too modern. Very friendly from reception and we can earlier check in with one room and also After check out luggages can be put there until we pick up . Very convenient. We have very good impression on Rüdesheim . Small and very lively with old town . Famous Gasse , cable car up to monument and interesting mechnikum museum for kids. Musik instrument museum is only available for tour with certain timetable. Thanks a lot ! Recommend if not too picky . We are satisfied!

It’s now more than 12 hours since I checked out using your app. There was no one at the front desk at 8am when I wanted to check out, hence I was forced to use the app. Why have I still not received a detailed invoice more than 12 hours since check out?
