The location, the clean and fresh entrance, hallways and rooms. Seems a recent overhaul of the place. Breakfast was plentiful in terms of choices and very good quality for the most part. Rooms had good airco, though outside it was perhaps only 25 Celsius. Rooms were not overly spacious but decent. Beds were awesome. Bedding, sheets etc, were okay.
It is a lovely hotel with nice rooms and a great breakfast, good location.
Very clean , comfortable and modern
Good location and very nice breakfast. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival (quite a bit of dust on the floor), and the housekeeping was never done during our stay of two nights, despite having asked for it and having been told it would be taken care of. Nighttime entry is complicated: one must pass through the parking garage, which unfortunately was never explained to us at check-in. The rooms are not equipped with irons, and we waited for three hours for one that never came, meaning the hotel does not have enough on-hand for their guests when they're at capacity. Otherwise, the bed was quite comfortable and the air conditioning works well.
Front desk staff was very nice and professional. However, the cleanliness and size of our room were below average, considering the nightly rate. Also, the snack machine was out of service during our whole stay, so there was no way to get water and/or drinks after hours (fron desk was not manned between the hours of 23:00 to 6:30). Breakfast buffet was good, but the “wow” factor was missing. Staff, however, was excellent and very attentive to guest needs and wishes.
