We had an overall pleasant and satisfying stay at Plaza premium Heidelberg. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease throughout our visit. The room was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable experience.
However, we faced some challenges with the room's temperature controls, which were a bit tricky to set to our desired level. It might be helpful for the hotel to provide clearer instructions or adjust the system for user-friendliness.
Additionally, while the parking facility was convenient, we found it slightly inconvenient that the parking fee covered only until 14:00 the next day. It would have been ideal to extend the parking time to align better with check-out schedules.
Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future. Thank you to the wonderful team for their hospitality!
Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen. Saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal.
Das Zimmer wies einige Reinigungsmängel auf, war aber ansonsten gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Das Hotel liegt prima zentral. Ðas Zimmer war voll in Ordnung und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir können das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen.
Im Erdgeschoss, auch in der Lobby, ist uns der unangenehme Geruch aufgefallen. Nach Toilette, ehrlich gesagt. Ansonsten war alles top. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich, ansprechend und hochwertig.
