War schon mal besser - aber ganz ok
Nicht ok - eine Gebühr von 20,- Euro verlangen fürs vor Check Inn um 13:15 Uhr obwohl 3 Personen an der Rezeption saßen - und jetzt 17,- Euro p. Tag fürs Parken in der Tiefgarage - finde ich etwas abgezockt
Super Service durch die Rezeption. Angenehmes Ambiente des Zimmers. Roomservice gleichfalls perfekt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne !
Geht so. 2 Tage nur kaltes Wasser. Schlechtes Internet.
I had a late arrival announced by email but I did not got any reply by mail on the night procedure with the key in the box. I called on my way to Pulheim and then the mail was sent. The telephone communication was very bad; it was nearly impossible to understand the person on the desk and this was not on my side for sure.
